The Sal's Straight-A-Slice Pizza uses a recipe specifically created for schools to meet the current USDA Guidelines as part of the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act.  You can feel good serving a locally made quality product that's delivered fresh to your school.

The Straight-A-Slice Difference: 

- Our 51% whole grain dough is made daily, by hand

- A single portion meets 2 servings of grains and 2 servings of meat (or meat alternative)

- Our pizza is delivered fresh, never frozen, and ready to bake

- We never use preservatives or additives

- Our products are soy free and made in a nut free facility

INGREDIENTS:

Cheese: low moisture, part skim, low fat mozzarella - pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt and enzymes

Crust: 51% Grain Crust: whole wheat flour, canola oil, olive oil, water, vital wheat gluten, salt, sugar and yeast

Sauce: ground tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, canola oil, olive oil, water, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, salt and garlic

Allergens: wheat and milk
