The Sal's Straight-A-Slice Pizza uses a recipe specifically created for schools to meet the current USDA Guidelines as part of the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act. You can feel good about serving a locally made quality product to your students.

Ingredients:

CRUST: whole grain blend (white whole wheat flour), enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, salt, canola oil 

CHEESE: 100% mozzarella, low moisture (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes)

SAUCE: tomatoes, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dehydrated garlic, spice, and citric acid

ALLERGENS: wheat, milk
